I have been cooking professionally for over fifteen years after my graduation from the California Culinary Academy in 1996. I’m fortunate to have had the opportunity of working in some great restaurants during a vibrant culinary period in San Francisco that includes: Farallon, Scala’s Bistro, and Fringale, to name a few. I also had a short stint in London, England where I worked and consulted on menus for a restaurant focusing on American cuisine. Besides being a restaurant chef, I have also been a private chef, personal chef, catering chef, and corporate chef.
Currently I’m working full time as a private chef for a family in the Bay Area. I enjoy keeping up with food trends by visiting local farmers markets, eating at current restaurants, and reading food magazines and blogs. I also enjoy paring food and wines and visiting local California wineries.
